Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and VinaPouches, the online retailer operating vinapouches.vn. Placing an order means you accept them as they read on the day you order. If you do not accept them, do not order. The version that binds is the one published on this page, and the date at the top is when that text last changed.

VinaPouches sells only to adults aged 18 and over. Before you can browse, an age gate asks you to confirm your age and records that confirmation in the vp_age_verified cookie for 30 days. Confirming it is a statement by you that you are 18 or over.

Couriers may ask to see identification on delivery, and an order that fails an age check is cancelled at no cost to you. Ordering on behalf of anyone under 18 is a breach of these terms, and we will decline to supply you again.

Nicotine strength, flavour, format and portions per can are published on each product page from the manufacturer specification. Photographs are illustrative: manufacturers change can artwork without notice, so the can you receive may look different from the picture while being the same product. If a listing turns out to be wrong in a way that matters, such as the wrong strength or the wrong portion count, tell us and we will replace or refund the order.

All prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND) and include any tax applicable at the time of sale. Delivery cost, where one applies, is shown before you confirm the order and is added to the total the courier collects. Prices can change without notice, but the price that binds is the one displayed when you place your order.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, such as a misplaced decimal or a figure that is not a plausible price for the item, we may cancel the order rather than supply at that price. We will tell you why, and anything already paid is returned in full.

Adding items to the cart and submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy, not a contract. The contract forms only when VinaPouches accepts your order, which we confirm by phone, Zalo or email. For cash-on-delivery orders that confirmation call is also where we check the order is genuine.

Until we confirm, we may decline any order in whole or in part. We decline for the ordinary reasons: the item is out of stock, the address is one we cannot deliver to, the age check does not pass, the contact details do not answer, or the order looks like resale or fraud.

Cash on delivery is the only payment method. You pay the courier in cash, in Vietnamese dong, when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged before that moment, and no card, bank or e-wallet detail is collected on this site at any point.

Have the amount ready where you can, since couriers do not always carry change. If nobody is there to receive and pay for the parcel after the courier delivery attempts, it returns to us and the order is cancelled.

VinaPouches delivers throughout Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is same-day for orders placed before 2pm and next morning after that. Hanoi is 1-2 business days, Da Nang 2-3 business days, and everywhere else in the country 3-5 business days. Every order ships with a tracking number.

Those figures are business days and exclude Tet and public holidays, when courier networks slow down nationwide. Islands and remote communes can add a day or two. They are estimates given to us by the couriers rather than guarantees; once a parcel is with a courier, its timing is in the courier hands.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is handed over and paid for. Check the outer box before you pay. Couriers do not permit opening a parcel first, but if the box is visibly crushed or torn you should refuse it: a refused damaged parcel costs you nothing and we send a replacement.

The delivery address is the one you give us. It cannot be changed once the parcel is with the courier, and we are not responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you entered incorrectly. Hotels, homestays and offices are acceptable delivery addresses, provided the recipient name matches whoever will be there to accept it.

These are sealed consumable nicotine products that go in your mouth, so returns are narrower here than for ordinary goods. A can that is unopened, with its seal intact, can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Once a can has been opened it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, and that is not a rule we are able to waive.

Return postage on a change of mind is yours. Return postage on our error is ours.

If a can arrives damaged, leaking, past its date, or is not the product you ordered, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email contact@vinapouches.vn. We replace or refund it, including what you paid for delivery, and we do not ask you to send a faulty can back at your own expense. Refunds on cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer to an account in your name.

You can cancel any order at no cost before it is dispatched. Email or message us and we will confirm the cancellation. Once the parcel is with the courier it is too late to cancel: refuse it at the door instead, and nothing is charged, because nothing has been paid.

Do not buy from VinaPouches for resale or redistribution. We sell to end consumers, and orders that look like wholesale are declined. Do not order for anyone under 18. Do not give a false name, address, phone number or age.

Do not use the site to attempt fraud, to place orders you do not intend to pay for, or to abuse our staff or the couriers. Do not scrape the site, crawl it at volume, copy the catalogue, or attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its systems. We may refuse service to anyone who does any of this.

The text, layout, photography and code of vinapouches.vn belong to VinaPouches, with the exception of brand names, logos and product images, which belong to their manufacturers and are used here to identify the goods sold. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish our content commercially or present it as your own.

VinaPouches is answerable for the order you place with us: delivering it as described, and replacing or refunding it when we get it wrong. We are not answerable for loss that is not a foreseeable consequence of our failure, such as lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss arising because the details you gave us were inaccurate.

Where we are liable, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including delivery. Nothing on this page limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The decision to use a nicotine product is yours. VinaPouches supplies the product together with the manufacturer information and the warnings shown on this site. How you use it afterwards is not something we control or can answer for.

Resolution 173/2024/QH15, adopted by the National Assembly on 30 November 2024, prohibits the production, trade, import, storage, transport and use of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products from 1 January 2025. That resolution does not name oral nicotine pouches, and no separate Vietnamese instrument currently in force names them either way.

The Ministry of Health's draft amendment to the Law on Prevention and Control of Tobacco Harms, in the version dated 20 July 2026, names tui ngam nicotine explicitly and would prohibit manufacturing, trading, storing, transporting, transiting, advertising and use, with a proposed effective date of 1 January 2027. Resolution 11/2026/UBTVQH16 moved the bill to the National Assembly's October 2026 session. Separately, Decree 371/2025/ND-CP has since 31 December 2025 set a 3-5 million VND penalty for USE of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco, and 5-10 million for harbouring another person's use. VinaPouches ships within Vietnam only. Several countries in the region restrict or prohibit oral nicotine products, and some treat them as tobacco at the border. Carrying pouches out of Vietnam is your own responsibility to check. We cannot advise on any other jurisdiction, and we will not help anyone work around a border control.

These terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If something goes wrong, email contact@vinapouches.vn first, because nearly everything is settled that way and quickly. Where it cannot be, the competent Vietnamese court has jurisdiction. If any clause on this page is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

We change these terms when what we do changes. The date at the top is when this text last changed, and the version that applies to your order is the one published at the moment you placed it. A change is never applied backwards to an order already placed.
